All services are quoted and agreed upon before work begins.
Pricing for each service is provided upfront. Payment terms (deposit, milestone, or full payment) will be specified at the time of quoting and must be agreed to before work commences.
While we apply industry best practices to GMC reactivation and account setup services, we cannot guarantee approval or reinstatement by Google, as final decisions rest solely with Google. Ready-to-use accounts are provided as-is at the time of transfer; ongoing compliance with Google policies is the responsibility of the account holder after transfer.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to required accounts/platforms, and for complying with all applicable Google policies and platform terms of service once accounts or stores are delivered.
Refund and cancellation terms vary by service and will be specified in your service agreement or invoice prior to payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 23 Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or policy actions taken by third-party platforms such as Google.
This website and its content are the property of 23 Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Deliverables (e.g., custom stores, extensions) become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
